What if I’m new at this? Do I need to have a large audience?

Don’t worry! Workshops can help get your business off the ground. We highly recommend reaching out to other businesses to get exposed to new audiences, and your program includes email scripts for doing so.

Are these workshops for virtual use or in-person?

Both! While they were developed with virtual workshops in mind (we are big on this because they allow you to easily scale your business), these workshops can be adapted for in-person use as well.

How long do I have access to the materials?

You have access to the materials for as long as the programs exist. We don’t plan to take them down, but if for some reason that must happen, you will be given plenty of notice via the email you sign up with to download all the materials before they are removed.

What tech do you recommend for running the workshops?

We primarily use Canva for editing slides, Google Slides for our presentation software, and Zoom for running workshops. These are the main tools discussed in the tech tutorials and tips, but you’re welcome to use other options.

Am I allowed to do whatever I want with the workshops?

The full Terms and Conditions of the licensing agreement are detailed here. The most important points to know are that you are able to edit the content as you wish (adding your logo, more information, changing document colors, etc). You are not allowed to offer this workshop for free unless it is delivered privately (via Zoom or other meeting tool) or live and in-person, and you are not allowed to share the content provided with other health coaches or wellness professionals.

Is customer service / tech support available?

There is the ability to comment with questions inside of the workshop materials; however, you are welcome to email us if needed. We do our best to respond within 24 hours (though replies may be a little slower on weekends/holidays). If your question is tech-related, do check the Help sections of the tool you’re using, you may receive a faster response!

What if I REALLY need help?

One-on-one sessions with Kristen are available on an as-needed basis. Whether you want to practice using Zoom together, ask questions about tech, work on your delivery, learn how to get high-paying corporate gigs, etc. — you can book an appointment here.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not offered for any reason, as you get instant access to proprietary materials that cannot be returned. We encourage you to take advantage of the course material that is designed to help you easily launch your own virtual workshops, and will do our best to help you get started.
